Limnophila Sessiliflora is a good, undemanding plant from South-East Asia. It is a good alternative to Cabomba, which demands a lot of light.
Stems grow fast up to 40 cm long and become 3-4 cm wide. The plant often grows leggy in poor light, but this can be counteracted to some extent by stimulating growth by CO2 addition. Most beautiful when planted in groups. In good growing conditions it sends out runners and spreads across the bottom. Limnophila sessiliflora used to be called Ambulia.
Note: Although classified as a supporting / auxiliary plant, it also makes a great background plant by planting in groups at the back. Plants will grow to the surface and spread across the top if allowed to do so.
Includes: 4 x Limnophila Sessiliflora plants.

Plants arrived looking very healthy. Beautifully puffs up, grows fast and gives a soft look in the aquarium.
Great little plant. Going to be amazing in the spot I planted them once they get bigger.
