Mulberry Leaves may be considered a shrimp delicacy -- shrimp truly love eating these leaves. It is not uncommon to place a single leaf in the water and come back in an hour to find it completely covered with a colony of shrimp eating away -- depending on the size of your shrimp colony, of course.
Mulberry Leaves are highly beneficial to your shrimp as they provide a great source of calcium.
To use these leaves, rinse them in hot water or soak them overnight to help expedite the saturation process. The more soaked they are, the greater chance they will sink when placed into the tank rather than float for a day or two. You can also anchor these leaves to the bottom of the tank if they still float.
Each package contains ten (10) Mulberry Leaves.
